General Terms & Conditions:
Shipping Size:	Between 5,000 and 30,000 metric tonnes +/-   5% at sellers option
Price:	Price on application in U.S. dollars per metric tonne.  F.O.B.
Load Port:	Cairns to Bundaberg range, Queensland, Australia
Minimum Load / Discharge Rate:	100 tonnes per hour reversible SHINC
Shipment:	Molasses available late July - November One specified load port (Cairns, Mourilyan, Townsville, Mackay or Bundaberg) Narrowing of the delivery date thirty (30) days prior to actual shipment.
Molasses Quality:	Total Sugars as Invert (TSAI) - approx. 48% to 52% Brix - 85.0^o to 87.0^o approximately.
Payment Terms:	By confirmed Letter of Credit (to be established with Westpac Banking Corporation at least 7 days prior to commencement of loading of vessel) equal to 105% of expected shipment value, payable in U.S. dollars against presentation of shipping documents.
